Care Home Staff Felixstowe
Established in 1978, our care home has been looking after a number of people for many years. At Bellstone Residential Care Ltd we recognise the importance of staff learning and development. Because of this, we are committed to ensuring that our staff have all the skills and professional training they need. Below are some examples of our care home staff members, giving you an insight into their previous experiences.
Our care home is located in Felixstowe and can provide care for a variety of needs. We have experience in providing dementia care and ensure that each care plan is tailored to an individual’s needs.

Fully Qualified Staff
The manager holds a Registered Managers Award and is a Registered General Nurse with a Diploma in Higher Education (Nursing).
The deputy manager holds a Level 4 National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) in Health and a Registered Managers Award (Adult).
Furthermore, 2 Care Assistants hold Level 2 and 3 NVQs in Care. The remaining 11 Care Assistants have all successfully completed their NVQ Level 2 in Care.
All staff including housekeepers and cooks have completed a 6-hour Basic First Aid Course.
All staff are currently up to date with moving and handling, health and safety, fire safety, and infection control. Those staff who prepare meals hold certificates in basic food hygiene.
